1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason (under Sec. 355 of the German Civil Code). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). Please address your statement to:
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
3. Special notes on digital content
The right of withdrawal lapses in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:
a) expressly agreed that the trader should begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
b) confirmed their awareness that by giving that agreement they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins (Sec. 356(5) of the German Civil Code).
In that case you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please note, however, our voluntary guarantee set out below.
4. Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee
Over and above your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: should our guide fail to meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — straightforwardly and without further justification.

6. Refund process
To obtain a refund, please follow these steps:

- State your full name and the date of purchase so that we can match your order.
- You will receive confirmation that your withdrawal has been received within 3 business days.
- The refund will be made within 14 days to the original means of payment.
